Bullying is a conscious aim to hurt, threaten or frighten someone. it can be physical or mental and includes some or all of the following:

Insults

Using cruel nicknames

Making threats

Taking or hiding of property

Being unfriendly

 

Physical violence

Isolating someone

Writing lies about someone

Spreading rumours

Teasing

 

If you are worried that you are being bullied you should see your Form Tutor or head of Year.
